Phoenix Mayor Skip Rimsza, City Council members Doug Lingner and Peggy Bilsten, and Target Area B chair George Young will recognize Congressman Pastor for his support of transit services for Phoenix area residents. The South Mountain Village core will see great benefits from the new transit facility, which will accommodate seven bus routes with 5,600 daily passengers. -30- Editor's note: There is limited access to the event site; the best way is in is from Broadway, north on Sixth Avenue, east on Pueblo Avenue.
