WOW!  Due to the overwhelming response, and due to the limited number of
seats available, the Central Station Transit-Oriented Development
Workshop is now officially filled up.

Clearly, the topic of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is becoming a
hot topic.  There is a LOT of interest in the community.  And while this
particular "open house" is at capacity, we want to let you know that
there will be other opportunities to discuss TOD.  In fact, our Fourth
Annual Conference coming up on February 24, 2006 will focus exclusively
on TOD - both the positives and the challenges.  This is one conference
you will NOT want to miss out on.  Be looking for more information in
the near future, but for now, plan on spending the morning (through
lunch) on Friday, February 24th with us to learn about how we can
"Maximize Our Transit Investment."
