Union leadership submitted a notice of CBA cancellation, which allows for Tempe bus drivers to strike on or after Aug. 10, 2005. In the event of any employee action by the ATU union members, the city of Tempe and ATC-Tempe will work together to maintain Sunday/holiday levels of bus service during the strike.
