The event includes a panel of supporters and opponents and the chance for the public to ask questions about the $15.8 billion proposal. If approved by voters Nov. 2, Proposition 400 would extend a half-cent sales tax for freeway, road, bus and light rail expansion in Maricopa County. The event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Mustang Library Auditorium, 10101 N. 90th St. Seating is limited, so the sponsors request the public to reserve a seat.
